By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or pricing of the product, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
· Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Shipping and taxes are additional and will be calculated at checkout.
· Payment: We accept payments through third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery

· Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order.

5. Subscription Services
Loyal Siren Body Beads offers subscription-based services for monthly or periodic deliveries of waist beads. The details of the subscription, including pricing, delivery frequency, and payment terms, will be outlined at the time of subscription. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Appointments
· Waist Beads: Due to the intimate nature of our products, waist beads are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
o If you receive a defective product, please contact us at Loyalsiren@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.
· Appointments and Services: When booking an appointment or service via our website, a deposit is required to secure your reservation.
o If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
o No-show appointments will also result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
o Deposits can be applied toward the service cost if the appointment is attended.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, images, videos, and product designs, is the property of Loyal Siren Body Beads and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or use any content from the Site without our express written consent.

· Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site.
