Returns, Exchanges, and Appointments
Waist Beads: Due to the intimate nature of our products, waist beads are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at [your contact email] within [X] days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Appointments and Services: When booking an appointment or service via our website, a deposit is required to secure your reservation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No-show appointments will also result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Deposits can be applied toward the service cost if the appointment is attended.
